Engineering overview

Plant optimization begins with the operating plant, not with a generic list of upgrades. Historical trends, actual flow and temperature measurements, equipment condition, control-valve position, utility use and operator experience are used to identify where performance is being constrained.

SENC converts those observations into a process model and a ranked improvement list. The preferred sequence is to correct operating and control issues first, then evaluate targeted equipment changes only where the expected capacity, energy, reliability or emission benefit justifies the intervention.
